I was just reading in another forum that once I get my NVC case number they will then generate these forms for the petitioner. Do I have to wait for them to get mailed to my husband or do we just download them and send them in. Also- how will we know that they have been generated? Do we just have to keep on calling up

you call, once u have a case number you can do the 3032, you just kinda have to coordinate the sending steps with theirs and you can continue wiithout waiting for them to send, you will be calling alot. Its like they pass in the mail, just dont hurry to much and you will done quickly

You don't have to wait for the DS-3032 to be mailed to your spouse. Once you have your NVC case number you can email it to the nvc.

These shortcuts will tell you how to reduce waiting time at the NVC. It doesn't speed the process up but lets you decrease the time waiting for them to mail things.

Unfortunately you have to call NVC everytime you want an update or need to get information. Hope that helps.

Yes, please make sure you call the NVC to find out if anything at all has been generated. You can get this information by either their automated system or by talking to a live rep.
