Hello!

I'm hoping someone can help me out!

I went through the whole visa process and got my greencard in January 2007. I came to the USA from Canada to marry my fiance. When I received my greencard, it was only good for 2 years. I mailed an application to adjust my status in November since that was 90 days before my greencard expires. I received a Notice of Action and then an Appointment Notice for my biometrics which was in December. I still haven't received anything and my greencard expires January 30, 2009. I tried calling, but it's all automated. When they ask to put in my case number, I get that it cannot be found. I then went on www.uscis.gov and put in my case there and my case cannot be found. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Can someone guide me in the right direction?

I believe this should be move in "removing of conditions"...but as what i was reading in here..it doesnt matter anymore..since you receive your NOA and biometrics letter and i believe but im not sure..i guess the NOA is also your extension letter which is good for 1 year..i also read people in here who make an infopass and have their pasport stamp with 1-551 for an extension or something..and it depends on what service center did you apply for removing of conditions..mostly CSC works faster like within 3 months...the rest are a bit longer...

To talk to a live person in USCIS customer service...dial the number then when you hear the automated voice press 123 right away..good luck to you
