Hi

A couple of us were approved on January 13 2009 and I was the lucky few.

I just wanted to start a thread to see how long it take for the actual card

I got a LUD on the 13 and the 14. I recieved a letter from USCIS telling me my case is approved on the 16

Just wondering how long the card will take. If some chinabae and other who were approved around then can you plz update here once you get your GC.

Thanks

Did the letter with the GC card come on a USCIS offcial envelope or in a plain envelope ?

approval on Jan 13th, touch on the 14th, received the approval notice on the 18th, haven't hear anything since.

BTW, the approval notice letter is not a gov't letter, it just a white with the notice type on it, and a signature on the bottom, the letter for me came from atlanta GA.

I guess i speak too soon. I just checked the mail. guess what, my green card is in the mail. It also came with a little envelope for the card, it about the size of the card, with United States of America and the US Homeland security stampe on top.

I double checked, there are no errors on the card. So glad I 751 is done.

Now i am just waiting for the N400.
