Joy and rapture!!!!

Just got an email from my lawyer saying we just got our approval!!!! I hugged my boss, ran and called my lovely fiancée and jumped for joy!!! We are expecting a baby in April and with a little luck from here on out will be able to be together here in the US for the birth!!!!

And all this just after Barack Obama was inaugurated!

My timeline today read processing between Feb. 24th and March 15th - have faith people!!! Yesterday I was at 183 on VJ's Igor's list!

Thank you all for the support, advice, and suggestions!!! I will keep you all update as to our progress!!!

Speedy processing to all!!!!!!

CONGRATS! This gives me hope because our estimated timeline for NOA2 is between April 14-May 2, moved forward a month from when we first started. We got NOA1 on October 23rd. So how did you find out where you were on this "Igor's List"?

Kenny here again. One update on my case - I just checked my mailbox and I had a copy of the NOA2, which is dated from January 14th, making my timeline (which I just updated) 6 days shorter - good news for all!

09/23/2009 - Biometrics Appointment

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)
