Iraq's government said it has decided to tow Saddam Hussein's luxury yacht to its southern port of Basra after winning a legal dispute over its ownership.

The former dictator's 82-meter super-yacht is fitted with swimming pools, salons, a secret passage and a rocket-launching system.

Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the Cabinet decided Tuesday to ask the Transport Ministry to tow the yacht to Basra.

He said the Finance Ministry would pay the lawyer's fees and expenses of the Greek company in charge of maintaining the yacht.

Iraq won a legal dispute over the ownership of the yacht in French courts last year.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
