You should have a look at the Embassy page here on the site, and make sure what their requirements are. In Italy they accept original documents that are either in English or Italian, so I would think if his birth cert is in Danish, there should be no need to translate it. Unfortunately, every Embassy or consulate has its own guidelines, so the best thing to do is to get acquainted with them before wasting money and time.

but they will not asking for it here in US ? I mean with my I-129F package ?

I thought they will send something asking me for it , because I didn't include it with my package when I sent .

so I said let me prepare before they ask for it .

Copy of Foreign Spouse/Fiance's birth certificate is not necessarily needed/required for the I-129f petition (it is for the US citizen - or he/she can substitute their passport for the BC). That said - there have been occasions where an RFE was issued asking for the foreign beneficiary's BC but it's not for sure and doesn't happen that often.

If that happens - it will need to either be an International BC (which you can get from your home country - am pretty certain Denmark is one of the countries that issues these) or a translated copy must accompany the foreign copy. Best advice is to see if you can obtain an International BC since this will help you later on when you're in the US.
