My wife is now in the philippines and plans on bringing back some diet pills;

is this a problem?

I guess there will be no problem if she will seek a prescription from the doctor to prove that is for her use most especially when she's bringing much!

The brand is called 'Pearl white' just want to make sure she does not have a problem.

Personally I would rather her not bring any back but she is insisting that it should not be a problem.

Just make sure it's not a controlled or a illegal substance here. Make sure it's in original container and have your doctor's prescription with you, if necessary. No "shabu".

If "Pearl White is an over the counter "Food Supplement", then small quantities, unopened, with the seal intact, in the original containers should not raise suspicion. Medications for personal use are supposed to be carried with you, not checked into baggage, and declared at customs. Large quantities of anything will cause concern. Here is a list of controlled substances: If the active ingredient(s) is listed, you may have a problem:

Hi,

Just wanted to add something.

I guess it's not a problem of bringing some diet pills since it's just like a food supplement.

In my case,it's not a diet pill anyway.

When I came here in the States,I bring 6 packs of contraceptive pills enough for 6 months before having a doctor can check me up and prescribed a new contraceptive pill.(Now,I already have new ones.)

When I brought those,I placed them in my check-in baggage.I don't have a prescription with it because those are over the counter contraceptive pills.I also have some medicines for my allergy,but didn't intend to bring it,it just happen that few months ago before flying here I already have them in my handcarry bag,when I fly here,those medicines were inside my bag.I just notice it when I am settled already at home and clear some of my stuff.

Maybe the diet pills are fine.

May she can bring it without any problems.

Tell us how is her travel with the diet pills to give others/us ideas.Thanks!

God bless her flight.

(^o^) (*v*)
