i honestly think this wont be enough for a proof... also try using www.oovoo.com your husband or wife can cal you using this software from pakistan, from their pc to anywhere in the US for .01 cent a minute. holla

Ebad.

I agree. This is not good enough. The immigration process often requires we change behavior to assure success. Time to start collecting real evidence.

What about a child with the petitioner? Should that be a strong proof or evidence of marriage?

As what others said, Its really not such a BIG convincing evidence.

I must emails, chat logs, print screens and snail mails so as Cards, Joint bank account,

and affidavit from 3rd parties that knows you indeed have a bonifide marriage.

These are top heaviest evidence that can be shown by the time you'll have your interview.

The birth certificates of child or children born to the couple are the strongest possible evidence, so much so they stand alone to trump the need for any other "non-required" evidence of bona fides at petition filing. The life insurance policy is but I would not include the entire policy. Usually I would advise against using money transfers as evidence of bona fides because they don't help and CAN hurt. In your case, they won't hurt because the two of you have lived together and had children together. Your stated "call details" are not call details but it won't hurt to send them. Some sample emails are good but if you use affidavits, make sure they affirm knowledge of the relationship. I would skip them in your case because your strongest evidence will be your children together. No need to trouble anybody to swear to your bona fides for you.

One little question connected with the proof of relationship: how do you know, do Con.Off always ask you to show the proof before the interview?

The invitation letter says absolutely nothing to bring at the interview, even not pictures of us.This is ridiculous that NVC just gives you instructions what to bring for the interview and says nothing about proof of relationship for CR_1 visa.

Still I am bringing everything that I have with me. Everything stated above, but I am confused, why NVC doesn't aks us to bring the proof of relationship?

We know by studying the Guides here on VJ and from the reported experiences of others. However, there certainly are interviews where no evidence is asked for or provided and some where lots is asked for an it's not enough.

The life insurance includes my husband and son as beneficiarys

my son is living with my husband and i think the affidavit from 3rd persons (my moms) stating that my son lives with her and my husband too would help

sample emails usually will have the topic of my son -- maybe only 3 emails

and the money transfer would show that i am sending money to my son and my husband but maybe i should just take that out?

You have a son together and he and your husband live with your mother. You're bona fides are pretty much a given. If it were me, I wouldn't include anything extra besides your son's birth certificate the beneficiary designation and maybe a few pictures.
