Proving your intention to return home

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me, I entered the USA on the visa waiver with no intention of staying and getting married, I was actually in the final year of my degree and should really have gone back home to complete it, but Im sure you guys understand what love does to you. My original return flight was booked for the 16th of december, then we changed it to the 14th of Jan because we needed more time together, Then we decided to get married and adjust status while I was here, we just cant bare to be apart and we really had no intention of this happening, I just needed a break from Uni and work etc. I have kept all my return tickets and I have printed out emails of correspondence between my lecturers and I discussing deadlines and such. I am just not sure whether I should include it in my i-130/i-485 package or if I should wait to see if it is asked for, and if I should include it with the original application which package would I put it in, the i-130 or the i-485? or does it not matter.

Keep all your evidence of your intent to return home for your AOS interview. Only offer it to the interviewing officer if you are asked for it, most people who do AOS from VWP/Tourist visa are not asked but you need to keep it just in case.
