Get some sleep...as long as your medical is OK, and your police clearance is OK...and your birth certificate is OK...and the support paperwork is OK...you'll be fine. :)

Really, if there was anything to be nervous about, you'd know already.

Good luck.

I know its impossible not to worry....

But you will feel better if you sleep:)

Good Luck

It is indeed, I had some sleep tho.

Both my step-father's and my Police Record from the states are flawless, both our birth certificates are also perfect, I never got results on my med exams but I'm hoping they are ok since my doctor didn't say anything? All income taxes for the past 3 years, IRS reports, records pretty much everything in the list is there.

But there's always the no, We're just looking for the yes. OMW to the embassy! Hope it all goes well!

We will waiting for.....I GOT THE VISA Post....Good Luck....

Nope, No i got the visa post.

Not entirely badnews, They want me to get a paper from DAS that says the day that I entered the US because they say people sometimes pay to get your passport stamped.

They want this because I had between june2nd-Dec2nd of 2008 to get back to the Colombia, and I arrived October 30th. Perfect within the 6months. But the badnews is I have to go back with that paper.

Another thing I was bothered about and it seemed they were clueless about is my High School education, they said it is Illegal to Study in the United States without any documentation, that I have to 'Reinburse' the school I went to from 9th-12th grade. Well I called the school district and they said what they are doing is illegal, That you can study anywhere in the US without any documentation in a public school, And I had them type me a letter with the school seal/emblem and fax it to me for me to take the embassy.

I'm not really sad because what the lady at the interview said was great, and she was really nice..She said 'Your case is perfect, Everything is near done all we need is your DAS document that confirms your entry back in Colombia before Dec2nd and some sort of letter or receipt from your school and you will get your residency and visa. She told me just like that.

I had to pay for a pin to call back tomorrow to set an immediate appointment, they said the appointment is given 1-2 days after I call(I will be calling tomorrow) On the brightside, I am able to get all the school letter saying they do not require anyone, including immigrants to study in there public schools to pay, and the das letter!
