I 751 REMOVE CONDITIONS

Hello everybody here

i am ready to file my I 751 next week. but my question is : should i delay filing my papers until i file my tax return for 2008 or just go ahead and file my I 751 with 2007 tax return only??

i need Ur suggest and advice guys .

Showing another joint filed Tax return would be a positive thing. May tip the scales from whether you have a interview or not!

last year i delayed filing my I-751 until i got tax return for 2007

now i'm delaying filing N-400 until i get tax return for 2008

you better wait..showing another joint filed tax return would be better

I would wait until you have done your 2008 taxes if it were me.

What's a couple more weeks?
