If you had the option to get $100.000 today or $500.000 in 5 years, what would you chose?

Would take the $100,000 today, could invest it in the stock market, lose it all, and wouldn't have to pay any taxes.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

You should take the $100,000 now, call me and I will help you find a nice property to invest in, while the prices are so low. Doing this allows you to have some tax benefits as well as appreciation. And, it helps me out too! Just saying....

I believe I would, too.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
