Well i've been waiting for 153 days now, i got my NOA 1 August 20th, so today i'm completing 5 months of waiting.I guess alot people are waiting for almost 5 or 6 months, so my only hope is that they approve our cases soon, because i don't thing they want all the senators and congressmen in the country calling them 24 hours a day, will see what happen and all we need to do is pray for them to approve our cases in less them 6 months.Hopefully is going to rain NOA2 today.Good luck to all of us.

I guess today we will get less approval just beause today is an inauguration day. All Americans will be watching this even.. not only America,, all over the world. Be patient!

Hi everyone.....I'm in the same boat with u guys and girls, been waiting for 129 days already and nothing, is myopinion that after today Vermont should start moving faster.....

Lets hope there are some approvals today....

So yet another holiday for the VSC to have........great :wacko: Is there any good info coming out of Vermont? Any at all? 121 days and waiting........:(

The main goal of all this is to slow the approval process. The government loves control.

Has anyone contacted a senator or congressmen and heard any news? I am getting really frustrated! AHHH VSC!

we didn't contact any of them. it just has been 4 months since we filed for the visa so i think if we call the senator or the congress man they will ask us to call them back when it become 6 months since we filed for the visa .

I sent letters to my Senators this past Saturday and I don't expect to hear anything.. if I did hear anything.. until about 2 weeks. I called USCIS and got the same run around as everyone else. I'm over 6 months, so I felt it was time to try something new.

11/05/09 - Transferred to C.S.C.

11/10/09 - Biometrics - Cancelled waiting for new appt.

12/21/09 - Biometrics - Went well with no problems.

12/31/09 - EAD Card received.

02/16/10 - Transferred to Lee's Sumit, Mo

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.
