Hi, guys!!!!!

We need your help!!!!!!

May anybody tell us how a letter of employment from a boss should look like??? (the letter, needed for the interview)

Thank you!!!!

I wrote my own letter on plain paper. It was addressed to the consulate and stated when I was hired, my position, my base salary and a mention that I also receive a company paid vehicle, insurance for the family, that it is a permanent full time job, and that the job is expected to continue in the future. I gave to the boss's secretary and asked her to type it on company letterhead and have the biss sign it.

I also wrote the letter from my bank, sating when the account was opened, that it was maintained in good standing and the amount of deposits made in the previous twelve months (easy to add from statements). I gave it to the bank Vice President and asked her to type and sign it, she did (after verifying the informatio was correct, it was)

As with ANYTHING in this process, the more you can do yourself, the better. If you draft the letter you do not have to wait while they do it and it will say exactly what you need it to say, nothing more, nothing less. I received the bank letter within 10 minutes and my boss's letter the same day I gave it to the secretary. Incidentally, I did NOT include bank statements in my I-134 supporting documents and the consulate never even read the letters. :)
