hi

well im in very big problem right now....i just came to knw that my wife;s Ex boyriend reported me to INS..about me marrying to USC just for green card and stuff but thats NOT TRUE!!!!....we love each other alot..and we are doing DCF...iam waiting for my interview to come..it could be anytime next month and iam just worried what will happen to my case...will they reject me?? im sooo worried....

Definitely No if you will be able to prove that there is a bonafide relationship going on between the two of you.

Don't worry too much. It's his word against yours and your wife's. He is after all just an ex boyfriend. I would suggest that you compile as many proof of bony fide relationship as you can, and be prepared if being asked re the allegation. Good luck and keep up updated! :thumbs:

You might want to let the USCIS interviewer know that the ex-boyfriend was 'jilted' by your wife and is jealous, thus why he is trying to cause problems (if that is what happened - it sounds like it probably is). Hell hath no fury like a lover scorned.

to be honest..i would do nothing..we say in germany only a hit dog startet barking and who to defends himself has something to hide...so i would go over it and dont pay attention until the officer will ask u about that in the interview..but be prepared with good proofs...
