My fiance is a non u.s. citizen and has changed her adress in her home country. I have already filed my 129F petition. Does anyone know what i need to do to make sure she recieves future notices (Interview/medical dates) from her local embassy. Thanks

I believe that your NOA1 has instructions regarding address changes... You should be able to just call the USCIS customer service center and change the address that way. If you can't do it that way, you may have to wait until your case arrives in the Philippines and you have your case number before you can contact the US Embassy there about the address change.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.
