Quantity of Junk Mail

I've noticed the mailbox seems to have a lot more space recently. The amount of junk mail (credit card/ mortgage/ insurance quotes, etc) offers has been reduced to the point where it's almost a rarity to receive one. This is opposed to 6-9 months ago when it was 2-3 offers per day.

So ... either the companies have written me off as a "dead-end", gone "green", or they can just no longer afford the expense of junk mail.

What's happening at your house?

I must be getting your offers.. at least 1 a day here.. it may be down a bit.. but I honestly get so much junk mail it frustrates me..

What I do is pop the free postage paid envelopes back in the mail (with nothing in them).. someone somewhere's time is wasted by me doing that.. and it makes me feel bettah!

 you're as bad as me!

I used to get so much junk mail for financial offers ... the shredder threatened to go on strike. Now the poor thing is wondering if it has been replaced by offshore labor.
