Hello , my I-757 NOA with one year extention is expiring in 2months.(19th March 2008 for I-751 Notice Date)

I tried to make an appt on infopass web, I am wondering which one to be selected for 2nd question of the web site.

1st question of Infopass site "Please select Kind of Service you need "

I selected. "You need Service on a case that has already been filed "

2nd question, "We offer 4 kinds of appointments ,select one"

A.Order from Immigration Court

B.Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

C.EAD inquiry appointment

D.Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC , .....

There is nothing which matches exactly I-551 stamp for extention... It should be B or D. but still wondering.

Please tell me what was your choice.

Thanks in advance

Your NOA letter extends the expiry date on your green card by one year. Ignore the dates on the letter itself.

It shouldn't matter, chose D. Tell the officer you need an ADIT stamp or 551 extension.

Yeah, not NOA date but Green card expiry date which was march 23rd 2008 is important.

ANd OK, Either B or D should be OK.

thanks for your help.
