1 or 2 I-134?

Hi all - I know they want my evidence for the I-134 in duplicate (bank letters/etc) but do they want just one I-134, two I-134s or One and a copy of it?

I read it as just one but I just wanted some confirmation from all the geniuses around here. I'm the kind of girl that worries.

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

I only had one from my fiancee and we got approval ... But it was only for me ...

11-06-06 - GC & Welcome Letter arrive in Mail (Day 75)

09-23-08 - Sent Package via USPS (Day 1)
01-02-09 - Received GC in mail (with wrong Resident Since date) (Day 101)
