Hi again Tasha,

Abed calls her Malak, Mallie, Malouka, and here lately "NO!". haha. I was curious about him taking Malek by himself, Abed has been considering taking Malak to Lebanon (before all the fighting and such started) and I was kinda hesitant about letting him take her alone, maybe I'm paranoid, or maybe the constant "warnings" of well meaning folks put doubts in my mind, especially since when Malak and I went there during the summer, his mom always threatened (jokingly) to take her to Saida to one of the Pali refugee camps and I'd never see her again (she was kidding....or so she said). Anyway, he isn't going anytime soon, due to other issues, so I don't worry about it anymore, thank God.

And Amanda,

The pregnancy is coming right along. No major issues, I feel really good. Though I have been eating way too many sweets. With Malak, smelling something sweet made me want to hurl, but now I can't get enough of them. I'm trying to do better though, I really don't want gestational diabetes again....that sucked. How are things with you all?

Interview Date: August 12, 2008

Visa in hand, 1 month exactly of AP/AR/name checks: September 12, 2008 (whoot! whoot!)

POE: October 16, 2008 (praying all goes smoothly!)

Abed arrives in Lexington, KY (FINALLY! What a rough trip for him!): October 17, 2008, 8:47am EST

Adjustment of Status:

Sent in April 16, 2009

Received NOA1 in mail: April 29, 2009

Biometrics Appt: May 13, 2009

RFE: May 11, 2009 (received May 14, 2009)

Sent in RFE (that we had already included in the original packet!): May 26, 2009

Resumed Processing: June 1, 2009

EAD Card Production Ordered: June 10, 2009 (thank you GOD!!)

Received EAD card: June 20, 2009

2nd Daughter Born: July 13, 2009

Interview Date: July 31, 2009...easy, breezy...Card Production Ordered!

Received 10 year green card : August 14, 2009

Baby Boy is born: May 17, 2012

Apply for Citizenship: October 22, 2012

Interview: January 11, 2013

Oath Date: April 12, 2013 (Covington, KY)

done Done and DONE!!! Praise God!

Now we get to work on getting his family to the US!!

That is great Kelly that you are really sticking with weight watchers. I am signing up tomorrow evening if my mother or sister can watch the kids for me.

hi all

thanks hot guy it was really nice from u to do this

i had my interview with a guy in window 15

he was nice

everthing was ok and very good

but in the end he gave me my passport back and told me we will call u in 3 weeks or month because we had to do administrative process then u send us yr passport when we call u

whtffffff

i guess they will do with us like thos othe cpls we will wait years

donu wht to do really so depressed

alhamdu le Allah the very same here and in the same day and we were togther and i hope in shaa Allah the call us soon to send the passport i will pray for both of us calm down

where this dos or doc number and they could help?

good morning and happy Monday all, happy Martin Luther King day. I got a break from the trial I am sitting in the jury for, court is closed today and the judge has other hearings tomorrow so we dont go back until wednesday. its been QUITE an experience so far.

Amirah is getting 4, yes count 'em FOUR, new teeth all at once and she has been so bitter and hostile. I cant get the advil in her fast enough. makes me almost want to hurry up and get back in that jury box so daddy can deal with her :P

yes, where IS annie? and ash? and bridget for that matter? whats up with all these MIAs?

Since Thanksgiving Malek has gotten 7 teeth in. I know the feeling!!! I hope her teeth come in soon and the little one has a break from it. She sure is a cutie!!

Not sure about Annie, Ash and Bridget. I'm wondering if they are scheduled off work and aren't on because of that?

Happy Monday all. Well I guess it's only happy for those who got it off. :angry:

I am working but at home so it's not too bad. Just have to keep focused, which I am NOT doing while on VJ :whistle:

I'd like to know where Ash is too. I finally learned some cool things about her and she is not posting in the beans thread so I can post them! :crying:
