Denied entry to USA

If my girlfriend was denied entry to the USA say under innocent terms such as visiting to much and a grumpy customs inspector.. would that make things harder for applying for K-1 Visa? Or would things be unaffected?

ive been visiting the US every year since 2003. and i head home back at reasonable times and i dont overstay.

but every year i always get a grumpy cranky immigration officer.

and they all said immigration questioning should take an average of 3 minutes per person, but nah not me... i always got questioned longer. and with stupid questions like ... why are you still single? how can you save money if youre always travelling?

argh.

but my K1 got approved with no trouble at all.

If she was denied entry to come in at all then it may affect the visa as to why she was denied.

Completely unaffected. If she's been 'visiting too much' for the purpose of visiting you, why wouldn't a K-1 be okay?

If she was denied entry because they felt she had been coming too often or perhaps had immigrant intent, there will be absolutely no effect on a K-1 visa. Many K-1 applicants have experienced being turned back at the border. If asked about it during the interview don't lie, just admit what happened and know it won't be a problem.

The grumpy inspector can happen. It seems like there would be more information on being denied entry. I don't see a problem if that's all it was. A problem would be something illegal, deported, or similar acts.
