What form to fill on airplane

Hi, My Fiancee passed the interview and received her visa from Mumbai, India :)

She will be arriving in USA in a week. I have been reading that she will need to fill out the Customs Form and also the White I-94 Arrival/Departure Form on the airplane. When she arrives at the USA Airport, does she need to tell the officer anything in particular?

I also saw that we need the I-94 Form for the Social Security and Adjustment of Status process so she will need to make sure the officer gives back the I-94 Form at the airport.

Is this correct?

Also does anyone know what questions or forms she may have to answer/fill out once she arrives at the USA Airport?

Thank you.

This explains what's on the form http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id_visa/...ing_out_i94.xml It's the white or manilla colored one, not the green one for visa waiver. Also click the links over on the right to see a sample and some FAQ.

She will go through the visitors line at the airport with brown immigration envelope, passport, and I 94 in hand. She can point out to them she is entering on a K1 visa if they don't notice it. Then they will call someone to take her to a secondary questioning room. She may have to wait depending on how busy they are. Some have said 15 min. and others an hour. When it's her turn, they will go through her brown envelope, maybe ask a few questions, stamp or write in her passport a date the visa/I-94 expire (90 days) and give her back the bottom part of the I-94 and passport. She is then free to go on to baggage claim and out to your waiting arms.

If you want to read write ups of the different experiences at a specific airport POE, look in the menu bar under the pictures of the people and click on POE.

What about the customs form? In particular what about no. 15?

http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/travel...e_cbp_decla.pdf

Normally a visitor will not LEAVE items in the US, so normally it is $0. But they're really only visitors until they become residents, which is the only reason why things are remaining in the US at all. (And you know, laptops are more than $100.)

CBP in Houston told us you don't have to list everything you're bringing (that's remaining in the US). Just write "household goods" on the form with no value. If you are bringing brand new gifts to somebody, then list those. Your household goods are supposed to be something you've owned a year or more. I wouldn't worry too much if the laptop was only a few months old, as long as it looks used. Obviously 10 brand new cameras in boxes wouldn't look like "household goods" so use you're judgement.
