I have an F1 visa denied because I was working under F1 while in USA. It will be possible to apply for K1 or should be better K3. Advices please.

If you are still in the US, how long will you be staying? Both the K1 and K3 take at least 6 months to finish...I believe you would have to return to your home country in either case to complete your medical exam and immigration interview anyway.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

AFAIK, illegal work has the same or similar effect on all future visa issuance ....
