What is CR

We sent out our I751 on Dec 29, 2008. I finally add this case to my porfolio using the receipt number from Biometric letter. Im just wondering what is CR189? is this the same with I751? Why the application type is CR189 not I751?

I googled and it says that CR189 is the new term used after filing I751. Edited January 18, 2009 by Wichita

Everyone's application says this - don't worry. It seems like the CR (Conditional Residence?) 189 is the internal form that the USCIS use to call the process we start by submitting the I-751 form.
