Yes write down your maiden name or for example when you filed your initial paperwork with the uscis and have used that old name instead of married name/new name, be sure to check the "yes" part on the name change. But don't worry if you make mistakes , the AO will re-check again your application on your interview and will make sure it is accurate and have the right bio info. Best of luck.

Now I'm confused. Don't you only have to check "Yes" for name change if you want to change your name in the process of naturalization?

My name has changed when I got married and I put down my maiden name as "other names used" but I put "No" for name change since I want to keep my married name.

I think you are correct. You write in the other names box your old names....all of them....in their entirety. And you don't check the box unless you want your name changed from what it is on your PR card.
