Who is the "applicant" on form G-325A??

Hey guys, I'm having a brain fart on my wife's G-325A! lol On the form it asks for "Applicant's residence last five years," and "applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year," etc etc

At first, we were putting my wife's information in these areas, but now that I'm looking at the form again I'm second guessing myself! ack!

So, am I the "applicant," or would that be my wife?

I'm the american filing for her immigration to the USA.

My thinking on this issue, and what got me to second guessing it, is that I thought for some reason they would want my wife to enter my information on there as if that would somehow show that she knows me.... sheesh... I'm way too tired right now to be doing this stuff! lol
