my salary in usa is more than poverty line as per us gov instructions but year 2008 i had a medical operation which made me get a 3 months unpaid sick leave affected my annual income to be less than the required for us by 2000usd ,will this affect the process? or shall i include the evidence of this medical operation which acted passively on my income?or i have an idea to slow our process till filing the petition on may so that we will need this paper after dec 2009?

another question is the form i 864 needed for k3?>

K3s only need the I-864 when they adjust status in the US. They use the I-134 at the embassy interviews!~

Since you would have been marginal even without the sick leave it might be better to get a cosponsor.

Would help if you put timeline and country!
