HI there everyone,

thanks again for all those great comments and helpful hints you all provide at this FORUM.

This case is about my mom, whose brother is citizen and have petitioned her on 1998.

She already filed her I485 and supporting documents,

she has already received her WORK PERMIT, and because of it, she has obtained her SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

well, her RESIDENCY APPOINTMENT, is on FEB 5,

SHe is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Nervous... that she is making me nervous too.

She is wondering what QUESTIONS she'll be asked in her interview.

The person who prepared her paper work, told her that the only way her RESIDENCE can be denied, is her and her brother are not SIBLINGS.

even after that... she is still wondering WHAT QUESTIONS SHE'LL BE ASKED!..

Has anyone been in this situation??? or knows what questions they ask at the interview???

THANKS YOU ALL.

I really appreciate your INPUT!!!

The interview will just ask how she doing?, how does she like us of A, will be a just basic question, nothing more.

thanks for Your advice!

I know there is nothing to be nervous about...

She is taking with her the original BIRTH CERTIFICATE of her and her brother's.

Those documents are prove they are siblings...

so, i don't think there should be any problem =)

and yeah... i'll make sure she gets some PEPSI.. LOL

oh, BTW, one more question:

can i go with her ?

Since her brother won't be able to make it. He has to work.

I'm also making my AOS through my Husband, i recently sent the package (this saturday)

And i understand that the person that goes with her, has to have a Government ID.

well, at this point i only have a MILITARY ID ( i was able to obtain because my husband is in the ARMY)

I think this is enough right ?

I should be ok, if i go with her, right ?

thanks Sooo.. much for ur answers!.

they are all helpfull!.
