Hello...my interview date is coming soon this early Feb.... I was just wondering if the question may come up regarding the date when we first met....I can't remember the exact date of that month....I met my wife online on May 2006...she became my girlfriend on July 2006......we met in person in Canada on July 2007 (our first year anniversary as girlfriend and boyfriend).....I visited my fiance here in USA on July 2008 ( our second year anniversary) and got married with no intention to stay here in USA because I had a job back in Canada(I still had my return ticket that I didn't use) during that time ( but I quit after one week of my vacation).... officially married on Sept. 2008...filed AOS on Nov. 2008....interview date was scheduled on Feb 2009.....anyways,,,,,, when we will be asked if where and when we first met, what should I say? Is engagement is relevant in this relationship? Are they going to question my intent? I proposed with my wife same date when I got here in USA because I just want to make sure that she's mine even I got back to Canada and we will be apart from each other again.....was it sound suspicious? I don't really want to lie........Can I say that " I have no intention to stay here or migrate in USA" but for my wife sake I'll stay here with her..." I tried to convience my wife many times to move to Canada with me but she still insist that she doesn't like Canada because it's cold. Some times we've crossed with this issue and argued a lot. Should I be worried? Thanks a lot!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Not sure how it would affect your interview but if it were in Manila that would be a red flag.

What exact date u met her on line is not so important.

Not everyone cant remeber the exact date. if the question is asked , just tell the interviewer what u know.

Tell her drink some coke , not pepsi, then she'll be fine on the interview day
