Or it's up to you! Sometimes I could strangle Claudeth because I can never get a straight answer from her. I.E. How do you like that drink? Its ok but not so much! What the heck

LOL....yes, the 'it's up to you' doesn't necessarily mean that.

I'm more flexible when it comes to what I'll eat or drink, but I'll be up front and to the point if I like or don't like something (in a polite manner of course). Jinky is much more finicky about what she'll eat or drink, but you wouldn't know it from asking her. Drives me crazy sometimes...

Claudeth is too but instead of saying something she continually hems and haws around all the time. "Where would you like to go to dinner" "its up to you" but low and behold, when I decide she tells me she is tired of the place I selected. Grrrrrrrrrr

I hhhhhate that. Maybe you, me and Larry should all go out for dinner and leave our wives home?

I think her (Mags') plan is to raise my blood pressure until I have Head Explody. Then she'll get both houses and my vast fortunes. She has almost reached her goal. My average blood pressure has increased by 30/20 since December of 2006. I think it will only take one more "I'm not bothered/wherever you want to go" to finish me off.

A couple of quirks of Filipinos:

1. They don't answer directly. Often they would anticipate your next question though you haven't asked or even thought about it yet. For example:

Q: Do you want to eat?

A: I have already eaten.

A simple "yes" or "no" would suffice and not make the conversation longer.

2. And when you ask something and the answer "it's ok." Take the lead. Also, instead of asking "Do you like Mexican?" and getting the answer "it's ok", just say "Let's eat Mexican food. I'm craving for it." Mind you it will cure your sanity and also fill your stomach. Do that as much as possible.
