how old are the girls if u don't mind my asking.. their mom should really open her eyes.. the relationship a girl has w/ her dad shapes her view of men in the future..

my girls need their dad.. no matter how crazy he is LOL

Jawi, how old are his girls?

4 and 2. I am convinced that her motives are entirely selfish. Without them, she won't get a free meal ticket. Not to mention that she is still not over him. I personally don't think the youngest one is his; and I think that is another reason she won't budge on letting us file for them. The youngest one is the one that needs heart surgery urgently.

i told him we will make a way and to just come, but deep down inside I am glad he thinks they way he does and I am gonna wait.. he saw how hard life really is in america when he came and stayed w/ his auntie this summer..and he wants to be more prepared to not be such a burden on me..

Jawi~ are you worried at all about having filed for someone in the past regarding the interview? I am a bit and that is why I am going to be there.

Of course. He also had a K-3 filed for him, and he didn't attend the interview. His ex-wife became demanding and thought that she could "buy" his obedience to her rules. He admitted to me that he married for a greencard...thinking that he would come to love her in time. But, realized that he couldn't sell his soul to leave Jamaica. So, he called and asked her for a divorce. We called her while I was in Canada to try and get her to withdraw the petition. She agreed to do it, but then started calling everyday trying to get things restarted.

So, I know that I will need to be there since we have both been through this process in one way or another.

It is good that he didn't go then and in my opinion looks good. I wish you both the best you really deserve to be happy and to have him here.

 My friend just sent me this...

A good wife can bring balance to your life!

In these times of economic despair it is important to see that the important values in life are quickly established between husband and wife in order to meet the uncertainties of the road ahead. Give in order to receive and Love in order to be loved! So many relationships never reach full maturity due to selfishness and to see the union torn apart is such a shame. So it is essential to find the balance in your relationship and put it into practice every day! BALANCE is the key!

Yeah...I was talking about him visiting. That is very loving and mature of him to think of you like that. A is the same way. He went back to Canada to find work so he could help with our filing expenses. He absolutely hates Canada too.

She is on the list for Doctors without Borders and another program in Jamaica. They can't afford the surgery. I wanted her to come here and be added to my health insurance. He had to see for himself that he was being manipulated.
