When it was time for me to start driving, my Pa found a good deal on a used car and brought home a 79 Toyota Celica! I had no choice in the matter....but lemme tell you, I was just happy to have a car! It meant FREEDOM! I guess kids are a little more picky these days.

Okay, now the ball just showed some guys on springy stilts and women swinging on bungees out of the ceiling.....

I still put my head in the sand when it comes to politics but this election has definitely opened my eyes some. When I watch political shows though, as soon as someone comes on with an opinion I don't agree with, I change the channel!

I'm supposed to be reading my American Govt textbook and writing a 2 page paper. Hmmmm....should I go do it or keep chatting?

that's one of the reason i hate watching fox especially hannity and colmes. i hope that's off the air.

Okay, I'm not a big Shakira fan either....her voice is too unsteady and doesn't sound natural....she sounds like she's trying to imitate Cher. Is anyone even remotely interested in my inaugural ball opinions? LOL!!

I don't even know that show. So many American-born citizens like myself are ignorant to our own shows and politics. People from other countries seem to be more politically aware and involved than many of us. It's sad that those who take the test to become citizens probably know more about our constitution and laws than we do!

I can't remember who said it the other day but it's TRUE, Stevie Wonder needs to just go bald at this point cause he's receded way down! His stylist needs to give him a dose of truth and reality!
