Ok.. so as my interview gets closer, I start to think: what happens if we do not get approved?? Is there an appeal or something?? Does anyone know?

You WILL get approved. Don't even worry yourself.

Thanks Dillon! I'm just getting REALLY nervous. We've gone over everything, but.... ARGH! I wish I could be there w/ him.

I know but don't worry...he is going to be great.

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

03/27/08 Emailed the DS 3032 (hubby never received in mail)

04/02/08 Received notice from NVC that DS 3032 approved... I should be getting something soon, I HOPE

04/07/08 IV fee bill generated

04/14/08 Received I-864 Affidavit of Support... can't wait til this is OVER!!

04/16/08 Mailed off the AOS...

04/23/08 Received the Visa fee bill

05/09/08 Received DS230 letter, will mail this along w/ visa fee soon...

06/11/08 Went to visit my baby...

06/20/08 Celebrated our 1 year Anniversary!!!

06/25/08 Left my hubby... again... HOPEFULLY, this will be the L-A-S-T time!!!

07/23/08 SENT OFF VISA FEE TODAY!! I AM SO EXCITED..HENCE THE ALL CAPS, LOL

10/14/08 Case complete!! Waiting for the interview date.... HURRY PLEASE!!!

01/06/09 Interview date: February 17 @ 7:30AM!!!!!!!

02/03/09 Hubby's dr's appt. (All went well)

02/17/09 Interview day... APPROVED! He should receive his Visa the first week in March.

WELL.. i bought my tix for JA for April for me and my sons, so i guess its official..there going..YAY ( though im still feeling nauseaus over that extra money i just spent!!)lol... heck if i was going alone the tix , would be 276.00 dollars!!! shoot, at that price, i ought to buy my tix for JULY!!!

Morning all! I am still home and about to head to one of my other offices - But since I left my laptop in my main office, I will be offline all day, lol! I have to train people in one of our other legal groups.

Your guess is as good as mine. What if your computer has a microphone can you use the camera and just use the microphone from the computer? I am not a technical person.

But if you had a choice of being able to IM and see your love - or not see him, which would you choose?

Got your point - I'm actually trying to find one that works like video so that my kids and my brother's kids in SC can chat. I know my mother's laptop has a webcam built in with a microphone so I'll see if I can figure it out on her first.

And there's lots you can do on webcam that needs no words :whistle:

I'm always happy when I have a 3 day weekend!! I LOVE short weeks.

Island Woman....did you SO have to re do the medical? The embassy didn't have it before interview?

There's been a little bump about the medical...so he needs to make an appointment and get a "new" one taken and get it to the embassy. He has already paid the DHL fee and dropped his passport off - they kind of put the cart before the horse.
