So I signed up for RingYard today :thumbs:

we BLEW through the 1000 minutes on the digicel "International Plan" in 2 WEEKS :bonk:

Japrincess - have him go buy another chip for his phone - it's like $500JA and put another 1000 international minutes on that. Way cheaper than Ringyard that way.

12/17/07 Left for Jamaica for the holidays

01/04/08 Back to USA... man I miss my hubby!! I really enjoyed spending the holidays w/ him...

02/07/08 I-130 approved... another step closer...

03/03/08 Received DS-3032 & I-864 Bill

03/13/08 Sent I-864 fee

03/27/08 Emailed the DS 3032 (hubby never received in mail)

04/02/08 Received notice from NVC that DS 3032 approved... I should be getting something soon, I HOPE

04/07/08 IV fee bill generated

04/14/08 Received I-864 Affidavit of Support... can't wait til this is OVER!!

04/16/08 Mailed off the AOS...

04/23/08 Received the Visa fee bill

05/09/08 Received DS230 letter, will mail this along w/ visa fee soon...

06/11/08 Went to visit my baby...

06/20/08 Celebrated our 1 year Anniversary!!!

06/25/08 Left my hubby... again... HOPEFULLY, this will be the L-A-S-T time!!!

07/23/08 SENT OFF VISA FEE TODAY!! I AM SO EXCITED..HENCE THE ALL CAPS, LOL

10/14/08 Case complete!! Waiting for the interview date.... HURRY PLEASE!!!

01/06/09 Interview date: February 17 @ 7:30AM!!!!!!!

02/03/09 Hubby's dr's appt. (All went well)

02/17/09 Interview day... APPROVED! He should receive his Visa the first week in March.

02/24/09 My bday!! AND hubby was called to pick up his visa!!!! GREAT BDAY GIFT!!

03/27/09 My hubby surprised me at my job!!! Can not believe he's finally here!

So I signed up for RingYard today :thumbs:

we BLEW through the 1000 minutes on the digicel "International Plan" in 2 WEEKS :bonk:

Japrincess - have him go buy another chip for his phone - it's like $500JA and put another 1000 international minutes on that. Way cheaper than Ringyard that way.

And I definitely agree w/ you on the 2 chip thing... we have 3, LOL!! I haven't had to buy a phone card or use ringyard in probably a year. But MAN, when we first started talking... i had 4 phone bills that were $1000-$1200 monthly.

AND I was on the sprint family plan w/ my parents. Needless to say, they are now w/ TMobile and I am with some MetroPCS.

i am with u there ja.. i had to change from at&t to metropcs...now i just pay TOO much in ringyard min.. metropcs is supposed to have a international calling card, i haven't used it yet.. they used to have where u order min from of ur phone the metroconnect..

jawi.. that story is DEVASTATING.. too young and too senseless..

I use MetroPCS too, and the new International Calling Plan is a POS! :angry:

I like the call history provided by ringyard tho... how important is call history in proof of relationship?

After I landed last time the switch happened and it took me 2 days to get through :angry: the thing kept disconnecting before I could even talk and eating up my money :angry:

thanks. ja.. i love ringyard cuz when i run out, it just automatically charges my card upon my request, no lost time trying to go buy new min..

that can get a lil dangerous tho, maybe if it was harder to get min, i wouldn't go thru them so fast ^_^

He calls me every morning to wake me for work before the alarm :wub:

I have not heard that buzzer in 2 weeks :D:dancing:

My baby used to do that too, if I sounded really grogie(sp) he would give me another 10-15minutes and call back. Now he drives me crazy by setting his alarm every morning saying he is going to the gym but never get up and go. So now I decided to get up and go with him to help motivate him but that's not working either all I want to do went that alarm goes off in the morning is fling it tru the window.

Hope everyone had a productive workday... we are going to the gym to workout!

~11-21-2008- VISA APPROVED!!!

~12-9-08 - arrived-POE JFK

married on ~2-27-09-

~8/27/09 = provided an updated vaccination record (hubby had to get another shot)

~9/08/09 = GC in Hand (360 days from filing k1)

I just received this email from the embassy

Good morning:

I have good news for you this morning. Mr. Davis’ visa was printed and I personally delivered it to the DHL representative this morning. He advised that Mr. Davis can contact the DHL office in Montego Bay at about 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. I contacted Mr. Davis by telephone and gave him the above information.
