thanks for the hugs...

I am usually the optimist. Just last night I told him we must rejoice, we have found love. So many are still searching...

Today all I can see is the increase in airfare, the cost to send a little present, the oceans between us...

Lawd, I am PMS'ing for real...

I don't know how ya'll have done this so many years. :(

I miss him so much.

Maybe I'm just PMS'ing but today is really hard man. cho!

Why mi cyaan love di man down the street :(

Cause the man down the street is not the right one for you! We all have those up and down days - hang in there - some days are good, some not so good - just try to keep your focus on the end result, and that this is a true test of the strength of your relationship.

Afternoon peeps :)

Roxice just scolded me for not coming in here for your help

I want to send a present to my love

DHL?

How does DHL deliver to a local post office???

Will I have to pay duty? :help:

what mi have to do???

Princess;

I've used DHL or global express (I can't remember the name) from the post office and never had any problems. DHL was much easier I was able to track it online and I had no issues or had any problems with customs.

I used International Priority Flat rate mail from USPS and had no issues - got there in about 6 days, and I could track it.

Good Afternoon yall.... How is everyone doing today?

Shaunsgal, I was reading your post on DHL and I am wondering how they know the weight and all that stuff about it if they don't have it.... and why is it saying it was picked up.... Are you sure they don't have it? yolu can called the 202 number and find out if the visa was issued and if it was then DHL should have it.. They don't deliver it he would have to go and pick it up..

I just received this from the embassy about 5 minutes ago.

Dear Madam

The visa is not on hold, the visa has not been printed as yet. When this is done we will send it off to DHL.

Kingston iV

SG, that is crazy, time for you to start writing some serious e-mails to the embassy, you don't have to be rude, but FIRM and get your point across. I would be LIVID....let them know that you've been given the run around and each time you write and e-mail, make sure you're putting in the subject line 3rd, 4th, 5th REQUEST and so on.

I'mmmmmmmmm so HAPPYYYYYYY

Hey Tre...any special reason????

Yeah, won round one of court today...so, praise God

Thanks Sus!

Ya'll know it's wayyyy past my bedtime.

It's something like that, I can't remember what it's called. I send things home all the time, sometimes two or three times a month. I'm in the country, so I hate regular mail, I sent something regular mail 6 weeks before my trip and when I got there it still wasn't there. It got there 3 days before I left

we are BROKE :crying:

Yes we are and its a shame.. I feel so sorry for the people that are going to be impacted by this :crying:

And to make matters even worst read this story....

I live here in Sacramento, thank goodness I'm not one of these poor people. I don't know who I'd be after, but I'd be trying to hurt someone if this happened to me.
