Roxie i think im going to try and use your idea and make D a video for valentines day, i finally figured out how to use my camcorder which i have had for a year now, and send it to him, i dont want it to be stupid though so i was thinking of recording bits and pieces of things around my day, like my area at work with the big JA flag hanging on the wall, my house and the things in and around it, all the while talking to him and then maybe a little valentine greeting, i want something more creative this year than just a card.

Honey that sounds nice, I know he will enjoy seeing where you live, make sure you record some of that snow in it too. Record you and your son sled riding also.

Roxie up here there is a huge german population in certain areas and they have this place called Frankenmuth, and the whole town is made to resemble old era germany , all the workers dress in lederhosen(sp) those little shorts with the knee socks and the caps with the feathers, just rendition to the maxx there, but anyway they have a wine shop and when i went there for my office christmas party they had a wine tasting , of course on work time, well i tried this blueberry wine and this pomegranate wine as well they were both good but i bought the blueberry, i just been waiting for the right occassion to crack it open. i wish i had sangria though, i could drink a whole bottle by myself.

Rox, i sent him postcards of michigan showing all the snow, but i think this would be the perfect time to actually record cause we have been getting blasted this winter.

who on VJ lives in the charleston, SC area? i have heard its a nice area, im wondering what the cost of living and employment outlook is like there?

LOL... how do you prepare someone for snow and freezing temps...

i know if i moved to a warm climate i would in nov and december constantly be on the lookout for snow and wondering when the cold is gonna come, i dont think i could clearly grasp the concept of constant sunshine and warm weather.

Hi all - I just got home, and am trying to motivate to shower and go back out - All I really want to do is curl up in bed, lol!

I went on a jean hunt with my cousin - 800 pairs later, she finally found one pair that she liked! Now I have to shower and then we are going to a BBW party - My cousin is heavy, and she feels more comfortable there than a regular club - I have gone with her before, and they are actually a lot of fun - usually the DJ is really good, and I can dance and have a good time without being bothered, because the men there like big women!

But, I am realizing that my days of multiple nights out are over - I am tired!!! I still have to do something tomorrow, as long as we don't get snow. But, I plan to sleep all day long, other than letting the dog out - so hopefully I will recoup.
