I dont make it a habit to start ish with people and have learned that some things should be kept personal so as not to offend. Vj is an excellent source to help with getting thru this process, everyone doesnt have to agree with what you say, and things do get heated and peoples feelings get hurt at times NO love lost, but to get on here and post all that ish...especially when whoever sent you that PM was looking out for your best interest. I have a question regarding the I-134 Affidavit of Support.

Do you really need to have the statement from the bank stating when the account was opened, total amount deposited for the past year and present balance?

I think I remember reading you only need that if you don't have sufficient income. I don't have a problem going to the bank to get it but I was just wondering if anyone was asked for it at their interview who had sufficient income.

Only think they asked me for was my tax return and of course the affdavit
