Since my husband has just become an US citizen he can now apply for me and our 2 little children to immigrate in USA.

After thinking, reading etc..we decided to apply for IR1 visa...we have 4 years of marriage so far.

I want to know the visa procedures regarding our 2 children..how will they receive visa if I have Ir 1 visa...

Our children have individual passports.

Do they have to come to the interview with me at the embassy?

Does it mean that if I have I 130 approved..our 2 children will also have theirs approved AT THE SAME TIME?Can we all get the visa to immigrate to USA at the same time..?They are very little..2 years and almost one year old.

Will our I 130 file cases be regarded as one...a single case??I get so confused....

Thank you very much for your future answers to my post

IR-2, and yes, you do need to file a separate I-130 for each child.

Are they step children, or do they have one biological parent that is a US citizen?

If one biological parent is US citizen, then the child's birth can be registered at the US consulate, and claim US citizenship and get a US passport, only wife would be immigrating.

The cases would be treated separately but when filed together, they keep them together if possible.

File three I-130's together in the same package. Treat them as separate cases but put them in the same envelope. Write three separate checks for the fees. Each person needs a visa. Yours would be IR1 and the children IR2.
