Hi,

My question about AOS is

Is it possible to show the AOS where the last 2-3 years of tax returns are not taken into account? Is it possible to show that one can support based on the savings in the bank, along with property or so? Also is it possible to add to AOS, the fiancee's bank savings in a foreign bank as well?

Please reply me.

Thanks,

-vi

Yes you can use your assets and the immigrants assets (I am assuming this is your spouse). The instructions and information for this are on the I-864. The instructions are boring and also very very important.
