K2 to follow after 1 yr

well after discussing to my fiance about the 125% poverty guideline and found out that he cant meet the requirement he raise some idea which is i brought this to him last yr about my daughter to follow me after one yr but he hate this idea because he felt that his not being good father to my daughter since he is the one that my daughter father but we have to practical and accept things for now we don't want to mess our petition so we both agree with this plan now my question is what would be the process of my daughter following me is she conduct same time a medical and interview when time that we have our approval we still waiting for the NOA2 or i will be only be going for medical as well as the interview at USEM pls VJ members i need advice especially those like me who have K2 thank you again i need some info about this and what are the cons.....

My stepson was included on our K1 petition and went to the medical and interview with my then fiance. He was given a K2 visa which expired in 4 months. She left him in the Philippines with family and returned for him prior to the expiration of the visa. I dont know what is required to get an extension up to a year.

just curious, how to include the kid to the k1 petition? i have a friend who is having the same trouble.. they havent file the petition yet though.. thanks
