I am curious to know if there are still some of you (like us), whose cases have been transferred to CSC last Dec. 2008 and still have not received the NOA2 yet? I feel so anxious about this because I saw that most of you were approved already while our case did not get any touch 2 weeks after the last time they did.

Should we just continue to wait or should we call USCIS to find out if there is any problem with our case? My husband already received by mail the notice that our case has been transferred to CSC on Dec. 22 but we have not yet received by mail the 2nd e-mail which CRIS sent us 3 weeks ago.

Any idea will be so much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance for your reply and congratulations to those who have been approved already.

I'm with you! We were transferred December 22. If you look at Mommy's spreadsheet, only 1 December 22 transfer has been approved. So hang in there. We filed in August so we're used to waiting for the famous CRIS e-mail and are used to the daily disapointment when it doesn't arrive.

Keep your chin up. Your time is coming!

I'm still here patiently :wacko: waiting as well. Here's the link to the spreadsheet so you can follow the approvals. There are quite a few of us still waiting. BTW I don't believe you will receive mail confirmation of the email just the NOA2 once the petiiton is approved. Hang in there.

Thank you so much, canadian wife and OBX! You do not know how you made my day when I read your replies. It's not that I am happy that we are in the same boat, I am happy because somebody took time to reply to my question to encourage me, clarify my thinking, inform and correct me as well. I am really so encouraged because when I posted my question Jan. 17 around 10AM and checked for any reply at night, I didn't find any while the others who posted later than me got a lot of replies already! Talk about being depressed waiting for the NOA2 and the feeling of rejection from VJers, as well, haha.

Well, now I really do not mind if I would be the last among the Dec. tansferees to receive the NOA2, as long as I know it is still within the 'normal' time of waiting and that the USCIS did not forget our application afterall (well, I hope they don't).

Thanks again, moreso, for informing me that there is such spreadsheet that exists here! I visit the website everyday but I didn't know aboutit until you two told me. Thanks, really.

Oh, BTW, apologies for my late reply, I had some problems with my Internet connection.

God bless us all with our NOA2s soon!

You are welcome.

The waiting is hard for all of us but it's a little easier to handle knowing we are not alone on this long, frustrating journey. Hang in there, with each passing day we are one day closer.

Wise beyond your years OBX. I really wish MLK day was not today so they'd be working on our cases. I'm hoping maybe Friday?!?!?
