What does " pending at the office to which it was transferred." mean?

I just received an email from CRIS stating this.

Receipt Number: EAC0903xxxxxx

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

is this a possible RFE? just worried now. :unsure:

Beneficiary (My Sister 18 y.o)

06-07-19- Sent I-130

06-11-19- NOA1

02-19-20- "Initial Review, Transferred to another Visa Center"

03-11-20- APPROVED!!!

All this means is that the petition is received at a service center, EAC indicates that Vermont received it, however cases do get transferred from center to center to deal with a backlog, if a case gets transferred typically you get a message like what you described.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hopefully, CRIS is goin to send us the approval soon.
