of course, as long as both bills are paid you can do that. It's 2 different cases by then anyways, one is about u and one about hubby.

yah, It's been quite a while. I was just lil busy but I see all of you progressing and I'm so happy about it.

have you called already for your interview? and Btw, in regards to getting an interview sched. Where are you going to call? at NVC or in your Embassy?

haven't called yet. I think they send an email or letter with your interview appointment. There is nothing you can do to schedule one, NVC does that for you

This post i beleive has served its purpose. I may be the only one that has not heard from USCIS in this group. Everyone else is done and gone. Good luck to me and others who are waiting. And good luck to those who are done. :)

It has been very quiet for a while for this thread.

How is going with the NVC journey for everyone?

I have sent in everything to NVC and am waiting for the case to be completed.

Hope we all will receive interview date abroad soon.

This Thread should change its name to "JAN, FEB, MARCH approved and CURRENTLY At NVC " OR, better yet, "Tranferred in JAN to CSC and Those that have their spouses with them, NOW."

why?, because the purpose to track the approvals for those transferred in JAN is Long gone and done. Except me....

Pinto, Keep me posted. As of now I have heard nothing from the USCIS. The very unreliable website update has not happened since March 23 and that was when I called and an IO looked into my file and questioned me, " Do you want RFE ?"
