My attorney sent in all our paperwork on Saturday via DHL. I called the AVR today and it said they have received the DS-3032 form, but when I talked to the operator, she said they haven't received anything yet. ??? So I'm confused about what is going on. She said they get thousands of pieces of mail a day and it takes a while to go through them...so I guess it is just that lovely waiting game again.

Waaaaaaaah! :crying: Still no RFE, "no touches", no nothing. I know I am going to drive myself crazy checking everyday! I try to be upbeat, as it has only been a little over a month since transfer to CSC, but as I see all the others getting approval it brings me down. I even dreamed about it the other night. Only in the dream we were through all the way to the interview and he got the visa, but told me he was told "We'll call you" and sent home. He proceeded to call my sister, buy a ticket and come to states and have her pick him up and take him to her home. When we began our regular chat on Saturday afternoon, I complained that he had no webcam and he said he'd go to a different cyber cafe and to wait for him. I agreed, as this has been done before many times. Only instead, he then had my sister to drive him to my home and surprise me! I woke up full of good spirits and smiles. I pray this dream will come true soon.

It took us 4 days to get the AOS fee bill in the mail from the date they sent it out and it took them about the same time to receive the AOS fee & the DS-3032 form and process it after we sent it. I was reminded by NVC that they get thousands of pieces of mail a day so it takes a while for them to go through it all. Don't give up hope yet!!! I think we are all truly blessed that our paperwork is moving quickly & smoothly...here's to smooth sailing through the rest of the NVC process!
