DS3032 and AOS bill were generated yesterday (Feb. 10), it's moving fast in NVC for us.

Just checked the NVC automated line and was told DS3032 and AOS bill were generated yesterday (Feb. 9). Things are moving pretty quickly

Hey Argent...they mailed the DS3032 & AOS fee bill on the same day they did yours...have you seen anything in the mail yet? Wonder how long it takes for us to get that? Any ideas?

Thanks,

Amanda

Hi Amanda,

Haven't recd anything in the mail yet. I'm thinking I might receive it today (02/12) or tomorrow for sure. It usually takes about 3 days to get mail from out of state. I'll shoot you a note once I get it.

Good luck,

Argent

Cool, thanks. I'll let you know if I hear anything as well. I'm like you...it should be today or tomorrow.

Amanda

Hey Steve,

Glad you got your AOS payment sent out - hopefully it'll get processed soon. We still have not recd the fee bill which is odd since I was sure we'd have it in the mail today. Anyways hoping we get it tomorrow. Good luck and keep us posted on how things are progressing.

Btw, I'm trying to find out if I can actually send the DS3032 now. But when I called the NVC, the agent didn't say anything. He just said that when they received our papers, and when they start processing it.

How do you guys know that the Ds3032 is now generated?... Will you know this through the AVR, or you have to call them and ask?

Ours was generated 3 days after the case# was assigned. You can find out from either the AVR or an operator. I would recommend speaking to an operator as we found the AVR to be a day behind. Good luck

Hey fellows,

We have the AOS fee bill now, we also got the IIN.

My question is, do we need to send first the DS3032 and wait for it to be accepted, before we pay the AOS, or we can do it both at the same time?

feedbacks please....

Yes, send out the DS-3032 now. The DS-3032 is not connected to the AOS. The DS-3032 must be accepted before the IV fee will be generated. Once it is accepted your IV fee will be generated and once that is registered as paid your DS-230 can be sent. Good luck.

I'll send the DS 3032 through email, does it need any barcode like when you will snail mail it?

or just the plain template from the jame's shortcut?
