As many of you, I am a bit nervous. I was touched on the 23 and no more. Hope approval is soon!

Called NVC today. They got the case from USCIS and the case number is assigned.

NOA2 was on 1/29/2009 and case number was assigned on 2/4/2009.

It's pretty quick. I expect the smooth sailing over NVC water.

I worry the most is at Guangzhou, China, the interview at the consulate. I heard a lot of

interview stories about them. They really make me worried.

I just read your message Steve & called NVC and they have my case too on 2/4/09! I'm so excited. They told me on the phone it would take 2-4 weeks to get our case from USCIS to NVC!! That is so great...God is so great, He is definitely blessing us so we don't have to suffer long! Good luch through NVC & good luck to those still waiting at USCIS!

We called the NVC last evening and were told that a case # has been assigned to our case as well. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for the fee bill ($470.00) to be generated but thinking/hoping it's gonna be a lot faster than that.

Yeah, let's keep our fingers crossed. But something tells me that next week there will be a bunch of approvals. From what I've seen, it usually does not take more than 30 days for a transferred case to be approved!

WE'RE APPROVED!!!!!!!!! :dance:

I called my husband and he told me that our NOA2 hard copy arrived in the mail today.

So I'm pretty sure I'm one with those approval from last week. He forget to told me when was the date we we're approved but I believe it was before this week ends.

I'm sooo happy! My time being together with hubby is pretty soon....

I'm just hoping that we'll sail smooth in NVC.

To those waiting for the approval, just hang on there.

I totaly forget to add u to the list. I am sorry, but put you on it now. Hubby is doing ok. Just working till monday and then he is off for 2 weeks. Will be in Santa Fee next weekend. ;-) and we try to go to Vegas for a few days!!!

I have not kept up our timelines, but i read these posts often.

Sat Feb 7,2009 I recieved a letter in US Mail. Billy&Fabiana recieved their Petition APPROVAL.

I am in the same boat as you. I have just been praying for an approval soon. I haven't received a touch or anything in the mail since an update on the 21st. If not this week, maybe next week for us! Good luck to you!
