We hiring one guy from VN, close to NHA THO DUC BA. I don't know his number. Do you want his cellular phone number? I think you are good to go, and you don't need to waste money on other attorny. We will work together when I am in VN in 2 weeks. Cool with you.

02-25-2009 : Payment Received from my bank (AOS)

03-04-2009 : NVC has received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (Online)

I don't think I will need another attorney either. If I need some help I think this site has plenty of answers. Yeah it's cool with me, How long you going to be here for in Vn?

Hey DAI, for DS3020? This document will be send to VN for our wife from NVC right? Meaning, after we approve NOA2, and have to wait for how long for them to send DS3020 to vn? Do you have any clues?

I called the NVC to ask about that and they told me in my case my lawyer will get the DS 230 and the I-864 Because I appointed him at the beginning, I am not getting the DS3020 choice of agent. I think I might have to call back and ask another agent tomorrow to make sure about that cause that sound a little funny. It looks like I have no choice but to let my lawyer take care of my file at the NVC.

Yes I just confirm from other threads in the NVC forum that since I am using a lawyer I get to skip the DS-3020.

Here are 2 that I read that said I don't need to fill out the Choice of Agent Form:

From what I read in that forum it looks like if you are not using a lawyer that they will send the DS-3020 Choice of Agent form to the Petitioner, your wife, and she will fill it out and sign it then send it to you or NVC. That is what I read on some of the threads but I don't know how accurate that would be. If I were you, I would call NVC up and ask them just to make sure in your case if they will send the ds-3020 to you and your wife.

Yes, you are right. NVC will send out DS-3230 to me and my wife(from VN). You actually don't have to wait for them send to you. You can download of the website, and calling them for your BARCODE, and fill it in. It takes so long for them to send to you or your wife.
