where to file?

hello guys. a quick question here, I lived here in Arizona and about to file my AOS this month but when I checked the uscis web they said I need to send the packet to Nebraska office? I thought i'll mail it in chicago lockbox anybody can tell me about this, thanks for a quick reply.

From the I-485

If you are applying for adjustment of status under one of the eligibility categories listed below, file your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, with the USCIS Lockbox Facility.

1. Spouse, parent, unmarried son/daughter under age 21 of a U.S. citizen with an approved or concurrently filed Form I-130;

2. Beneficiary of an approved Form I-130 filed by a qualifying relative;

3. Qualifying derivative, family-based beneficiary;

4. K-1 Fiancé(e) (and K-2 dependents) whose Form I-485 is based on an approved Form I-129F;

I signed up the USCIS web and everytime they have new revised forms they will send you an email. when I clicked the form 1-485 and downloaded the instructions it says there that for those who live in Arizona and some orher state like wyoming and etc. need to send their application to Nebraska office. I don't know i'm already confused now coz the last time i visit the web it says in chicago lockbox and in Nebraska?

You are looking at the section that starts "1. Form I-485 is Based on an Underlying Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker"

This does not apply to you, please look at the section before that, as payxibka said earlier.
