Whatz everyone doin tonight?

I'm sitting on the couch watching dumb tv and wandering the net.

I'm about to put in Heartburn but I know 1/2 way through it he'll come home from work and it's so NOT the type of movie he'd want to watch. :star:

Terry,

I know this sounds very "infomercial like" but weight watchers totally is not a diet, its a complete lifestyle change, allowing you to eat healthy and right, just in moderation. The past two weeks Ive had bagels, ice cream, ravioli, all those things one would assume are "terrible for a diet" but, indeed, when eaten properly, are just fine. I have not missed anything, or been starving, you do have to let go of fast foods (burgers, fries, etc) but I have no problem doing it to be a happier healthier me :)

Its friggin freeezing here today, and....were suppose to get more snow tomorrow, GO FIGURE!! I cant wait for summer, bbq's bonfires and beer...ahhhhh the good life

One of the first really romantic memories I have of my husband was when we were riding in a taxi from Casablanca to Marrakech. I had come with my son and my younger sister to spend the summer there. This Celine Dion song came on the radio. He was too shy to kiss me and barely touched me with her there but he started singing this song in my ear. Everytime I hear it it feels like Im sitting there again.

ZaidsMommy -

That's exactly what I love about weightwatchers too - not trying to sound like an infommercial either! I've been on for maybe 14 weeks now - I'm done 20+ pounds after thinking for years my metabolism was a mess from some Rxs I was on...I've had just about anything I've wanted, including cake or cookies or ice cream but in moderation or with the remainder of the day planned around what I chose to eat.

Some of the health insurance policy will even reimburse part of the membership fees.

I totally agree with you Kelly. It's a great program! And if done right you don't go to bed hungry at night. It's planning and portion control. I actually used to eat out at times when I was on it before. I just had to preplan what I was going to eat so that I had the point allowment.
