Hello Everyone!!! I'm new here. I wanted to share our GREAT NEWS with all of you. Our I-129F has been APPROVED!!!! When I opened my email on 01/10/09 and saw that it had been approved I cried. I couldn't believe it. Now what's driving me nuts is that I haven't received the NOA #2 hardcopy by mail yet. We're hoping that my fiance's interview is soon and hope that there won't be any problems. He's a native of colombia and is currently residing in Spain. So we requested an interview in Madrid instead of his native country, hoping that won't cause problems. But, we are anxiously awaiting the moment that my fiance can enter the US and get married. By the way I have 2 boys that are also very excited about all of this.

To everyone who is still waiting, don't lose hope your moment is coming before you know it. It's seems like the california service center approved a lot of cases in January 09. Good month. Pray for us everyone, I'll be praying for all of you.

Here is our timeline: We applied through the California Service Center.

11/07/08: Mailed I-129 F package

11/10/08: INS received package and cashed check

11/13/08: Received NOA #1

01/09/09: I-129F approved through email notification

Thanks to Everyone who have posted and answered questions they helped me out a lot too. (L)
